Birthday Party- Bainbridge Island

• Parties must be booked a minimum of 21 days in advance.
• All participants must have waivers on file before the event (waiver linked in booking confirmation email, also available at www.insightclimbing.com).
  • Please note: only parents and court-appointed legal guardians can sign a waiver for a participant under 18 years old.
• Parents and observers are NOT permitted to clip participants into autobelays or belay participants during the event (Insight Climbing & Movement staff will be solely responsible for belaying and clipping in).

Changes to your booking might include adding or subtracting participants from the original booking or postponing the event date. 

We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but short notice changes that require additional staff might not be possible due to staffing constraints.

• Changes to your reservation more than 14-days in advance of your event can be made with a front desk staff member.
• Changes made less than 14-days in advance of your event will need to be coordinated with a manager.
• Partial refunds can be given for a decrease in participant numbers in adherence to the rates listed on the main booking page.

Please note: Changes cannot be made to your booking less than 24 hours in advance or on the day of the event.

Refunds (minus a $25 booking fee) are available for cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of your event.

Refunds for cancellations made less than 14-days in advance of your event will be given as credit usable for future purchases at either of our locations.
