Competition Team (ages 8+)
The Insight Competition Team is for the highly motivated athlete ages 8+ who wants to continue their personal growth by pushing their climbing abilities to a higher level in a supportive and structured environment. Competition Team members receive coaching and workouts specifically geared towards strength, power, endurance, and technique. A large focus is placed on competition strategy and mental performance in competition. Appropriate for experienced climbers with strong motivation and high commitment to advance as climbers. Members will be expected to attend at least two local USAC QE’s as well as USAC Regional competitions. Membership at Insight Climbing & Movement required.
