EFT Membership

• Memberships are billed on the 1st of the month. To join, you'll pay prorated dues based on today as your start date.
• Your official first billing date will be on the 1st of the month following your joining date.
• This is a dues paying membership. It begins on the date you selected and continues indefinitely until canceled or frozen.
• Any account modifications must be made on https://portal.insightclimbing.com/profile
• Members are obligated to pay an initiation fee and monthly membership fee, and under no circumstances is any portion of that amount refundable, regardless of facility use.
• Insight Climbing & Movement reserves the right to increase dues at its discretion with 60 days written notice.
• A Decline Fee of $10 will be charged in the event of a declined Autopay payment.

What happens the first time I check in after purchasing my Membership?
On your next visit to the gym, please tell our staff that you signed up for Membership online. Our Front Desk staff will confirm that everything has been set up correctly, after that we will then provide you with a scan card and you'll be on your way!

Are there any circumstances where a refund will be issued?
No, there will be no refunds for any reason.

When does my Membership become active?
Your Membership starts the day you selected at the time of purchase.

Is this Membership transferable?
No, Memberships are not transferable.

If I sign myself up today, but I want a family member to join my member later do I pay a second initiation fee?
Additional members may join an existing membership without an additional initiation fee at any time, only prorated dues for the new member(s) are due at the time of joining. This process is only availbile in person at the gym and cannot be done online.
