Staffed Group Event

• Events must be booked a minimum of 15 days in advance.
  • All visitors must have waivers on file before the event (waiver linked in booking confirmation email, also available at www.insightclimbing.com).
• Please note: only parents and court-appointed legal guardians can sign a waiver for a participant under 18 years old.

Changes to your booking might include adding or subtracting participants from the original booking or postponing the event date. 

We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but short notice changes that require additional staff might not be possible due to staffing constraints.

• Changes to your reservation more than 14-days in advance of your event can be made by calling us.
• Changes made less than 14-days in advance of your event will need to be approved by sending email to info@insightclimbing.com
• Partial refunds can be given for a decrease in participant numbers in adherence to the rates listed on the main booking page.

Please note: Changes cannot be made to your booking less than 24 hours in advance or on the day of the event.

• Cancellations made over 21 days in advance will receive a full refund minus a $25 booking fee.
• Cancellations made between 7-21 days may receive a full credit minus $25 booking fee, able to be used for future purchases at any Insight location.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will receive no refund.
